Studied industrial design at Carnegie Mellon University and San Jose State, worked as an architect/interior designer for Esprit de Corps in San Francisco, studied Fashion Design at the Louise Sallinger Academy, and painting at the San Francisco Academy of Art and at Seattle's Academy of Realist Art. Married (see below), one daughter, and a sprightly rabbit named "Sabrina." Avocations include: philosophy, piano, cuisine, and gardening.
