learn more » SHIPPING & DELIVERYShipping is a free service to you.WORLD WIDE FREE SHIPPING: We can ship paintings anywhere in the world, to any country covered by such postal express companies as FedEx, DHL, UPS or EMS Express. When you are placing an order, on the "Shipping Information" page where you enter your name and address, you can select your country from the drop-down list. If your country is not listed, then we are unable to ship to that location. PACKAGING: Every painting delivered by us is packed in a strong tube. The canvas itself is protected by a plastic sheet to protect it during transport. The tube itself is closed with watertight caps over which tape is applied. Framed paintings are also very solidly packed with several materials and by several methods so you can be sure the painting is delivered to you in undamaged condition. When you receive your unframed canvas, you can have it stretched by any professional framing shop. GIFT PACKAGING: Sorry, at this time we do not offer gift wrapping or gift message service. But, if you are shipping a gift, you may try what some of our creative customers have done: Send a small note via our “Send an e-cart” service on our website. The packing slip does not include any pricing information. However for customs we need to include a pro forma invoice. The e-mail notifications, do also reference pricing so if you are sending a gift, we suggest you do not use the recipient's e-mail address. SHIPPING TIME: Shipping usually takes between 3 and 5 business working days, depending on the destination and time of year. In the Christmas period delays occur more often. If you wish to keep track of your painting during shipping we will be happy to send you a tracking number. SHIPPING NOTIFICATION: When we dispatch your order, we will e-mail you a Shipping Confirmation. If tracking service is available, we include the Tracking or Airway Bill number in your Shipping Confirmation e-mail (if you do not receive a tracking or Airway Bill, then tracking service is not available for your package). You can monitor the delivery of the parcel with your painting online at the official website of the courier firm. SHIPPING DELAYS & DELIVERIES: We recommend that you wait until the end of the estimated delivery time range before you inquire with us as to your order status. While we have the utmost faith in our shipping and delivery partners, some delays and problems can occur from time to time. Below are some solutions and answers to some of the more common problems. * Delivery Delays Below are several of the common reasons a delivery is delayed, and in many cases results in the original shipment being returned to our distribution center. In all these cases you will be contacted immediately and the situation will be resolved. - Incorrect or invalid shipping address - Recipient unavailable to receive delivery - Shipment damaged/destroyed in transit * Lost Shipments If you feel that your shipment has been lost, please contact us immediately and we will trace the shipment and determine if it is actually lost or just delayed. If it is lost, a replacement order will be processed and shipped immediately, at no additional charge. We cannot track or trace international shipments, therefore we cannot deem them lost until 60 days after the shipping date. When 60 days has passed, an insurance claim will be filed. Even though we are legally not responsible for anything happening during shipping, we are willing to warrant you a discount coupon on your next purchase for the inconvenience it might have caused you.
